How does shipping and billing work?
Everyday Memories offers a secure way of paying with your personal Credit Card. We accept Visa, and Mastercard. Priority Mail will be a FLAT RATE of $6.50. All packages will be sent Priority through the US Postal Service [USPS]. It will take from 3 to 6 business days to arrive at the address requested, once it has been shipped. Billing is equally simple. We do not charge your card until we ship out your kit.
When Are Monthly Kits Shipped? If all products are here on time, we like to begin shipping on the second Monday of the month.
Can I Skip a Kit or Cancel My Subscription?
Sure! If you find there is a monthly kit that does not meet your needs, you may choose to skip that month's kit. You must request your skip by thelast day of the month.
Can I order a kit without joining the club?
In the past we have allowed non-members to purchase monthly kits, but this is ONLY after all club members have been supplied with one first.
What If My Kit Is Damaged?
We have a 10 day guarantee on any damaged merchandise you receive. Please inspect the package as soon as you receive your package. We will not be able to issue any type of refund/replacement after 10 days.

How Do I Purchase Add-Ons?
The site is updated the first week of every month. Add-on kits can be purchased while supplies last. You can purchase the add-ons and they will ship with your kit.
